Beach Board Approves Van Dyke Renovation, Possible Lululemon

Miami Beach’s Historic Preservation Board has approved a plan to renovate the historic Van Dyke building on Lincoln Road (see the approved plans here).

Michael Larkin, an attorney for the owners of the building, said that discussions are ongoing with the owners of the Van Dyke Cafe to continue to operate a jazz club on the second floor of the building and ‘maybe a very small panini thing’ on Jefferson Avenue.

Lesley Abravanel reports that Lululemon has signed on as a tenant for the renovated space.
