Developer May Be Planning 17-Story Rental Tower In Sunny Isles Beach

The owner of the 336-unit Marina Del Mar rental in Sunny Isles may be planning a second tower.

According to the new plans, the project will be called Marina Del Mar II. It will rise 17-stories on a surface parking next to the first Marina Del Mar building at 100 Kings Point Drive.

A company owned by Hialeah park owner John Brunetti controls the property.

Plans were submitted to Miami-Dade’s Shoreline Review Committee last month.

MSA Architects is the architect.

for all the people that blindly complain about arquitectonica, they would have never produced a project so damn ugly.
