The outer shell of the building is being manufactured out of glass-fiber reinforced concrete:

It will be the most unique condo in Miami Im definitely a Zaha Hadid fan and this is some of her best work.

It takes true visionaries to create and execute extraordinary projects. This one looks like it will be an amazing addition to the Miami skyline.
This building is the poster for the excess and waste this latest bubble has created. Shipping half way across the world structure for this building which is built in the middle of a desert without any natural resources? Historians will look back and ask what were these people thinking.

The façade from Dubai isn’t part of the main structure of the building. It’s just a cladding.
