Oceana continues to rise in Bal Harbour after breaking ground in 2013 (it took time to build an underground parking garage just feet from the ocean.)
Argentine developer Consultatio paid $220 million for the 5.53 acre parcel at 10201 Collins Avenue in 2012. Oceana includes 260 units, equating to a per-unit land cost that exceeds $900,000.
Preconstruction prices started at $1,400 and average $1,900. Unit prices ranged from $1,800,000 to $30,000,000
