Baltus House Completed, Buyers Begin Closing On Units

Closings are now underway at Baltus House.

Records show that eight buyers closed on condos last week from developers Related Group and Strategic Properties. The first buyer closed on Friday, Jun 26. The project was said to be nearly 100% sold prior to completion.

The 15-story project is located at 4250 Biscayne Boulevard, and includes 167 units. It was named after Baltus, a Spanish furniture maker who closed their local store during construction of the project. The furniture and interiors had already been secured for the condo project, according to Curbed.

Baltus House topped off at around the same time as Related’s Icon Bay. That project is expected to begin closings shortly.

Must be nice to have one way in/out on an always traffic congested street with no public transit alternatives. Hope the future owners like to bike.

Building is Ugly For starters. Too much cement. Should of been all glass. Now the concrete is going to discolor rapidly, just as new buildings do. Like the Bridgewater in NBV has done.

Baltus is completely bankrupt and has closed all their locations world wide! Another company who made the great choice of opening in the design district!
