Leasing is underway at the Midtown 5, a new 400-unit rental tower that is nearing completion.
The first residents will move in at the beginning of January, according to the leasing office.
A ground floor restaurant is also in the plans. This week, plans were submitted to build out a 3,498 square foot restaurant at a cost estimated to be $420,000.
The building website lists floor plans and pricing, which appears to be around the $3 per square foot mark.
Magellan Development Group is the developer, and is also working on plans for two similar towers on adjacent property.
