Worldcenter Signs Utilities Deal For 863 Units At 7th Street Apartments

The developers of Miami Worldcenter have clinched a deal with the county to supply utilities for the twin-tower 7th Street Apartments project.

According to the filing this week, the project will include:

  • 863 apartments
  • 10,591 square feet of full service restaurant
  • 10,591 square feet of retail

Construction on the first tower is well underway, with contractors now pouring levels 12 and 13 of the towers.

The developers also modified the utilities deal for Worldcenter’s retail parcel next to Paramount to add 26 bungalows.

Yes Edin…those empty parking lots should be looked at as just a blank canvas to design and build something bold, beautiful, and spectacular on.

Miami’s been looking like a city for a very long time. You meant to say “it’s finally starting to look more like a major world city.”

My thoughts too. Typically means small single family type home.. let’s see, probably a townhouse or maybe a cabana structure at the pool?
