I hope you realize that in Miami, what the city classifies as “murals” are actually advertisements. That’s why you see so many huge ads on the side of buildings (e.g., the towers on Biscayne Blvd north of Freedom Tower). Be careful what you wish for.

To me ads look good. I understand socialists or hippies could think otherwise, but then again they have the option to live out of the city.

You guys are ridiculous. The building isn’t complete yet and there is ongoing construction above the parking garage wall. Of course they will do something with it. Good lord.

Once completed it will be an amazing building by Sieger-Suarez Architects. http://1010brickell.com

that was the best promotional video I ever saw for a condo. If they all had one like that, they would all sell out in 3 months.

The parking garage wall next to 10th St. metromover station is hiddeous. Very poor design on that podium. And once Flatiron gets built, say goodbye the West views. Mary Brickell Village it aint.. more like Mary Brickell Towers.

As much as I love the Flatiron and I’m pro tower ++ , I always liked the feel of that small “village” consisting of Mary Brickell Village and the old Baru with the trees, etc… It’s was a nice contrast to the rest of Brickell. I really hope the remaining lands in the “village” don’t go vertical up to Perricone’s. Everywhere else I don’t mind, but there, I hope it stays low!!

And unfortunately its blocking Flatiron’s 50 floors of East views.

This is the most sneaky building in Brickell… I don’t remember seeing a lot of promotion about it or even knowing it existed before actually seeing it being built once it broke ground.

It sold out in just a few months

That’s true. I moved to Brickell ~3 years ago and I remember seeing ads for The Bond and then Flatiron everywhere, but 1010 grew out of nowhere.

What a nice blank wall you have there.
