Luxury condo project completes vertical construction with 99% of units sold
Miami (Sept. 7, 2016) – Seasoned real estate investment and development firms Key International and 13th Floor Investments proudly announced today that construction for their highly-anticipated project ─ 1010 Brickell ─ has topped off. Now soaring 50 stories in the heart of Miami’s financial district, the 387-unit luxury residential building is slated for delivery in the first half of 2017.

A special “topping off” celebration will be hosted by leading general contractor Moss & Associates at the site, 1010 Brickell Avenue. The development team previously secured a $76 million syndicated construction loan led by Regions Bank and with participation by Mercantil Commercebank and City National Bank to pave the way for the project.
