1900 Biscayne Site Sold To Land Banker, 36-Story Tower Shelved

An investment group led by Uruguay’s Enrique Manhard has purchased 1900 Biscayne Boulevard.

Manhard’s Biscayne and 19th Street LLC paid $18.4 million for the property.

The buyer plans to “land bank” the property “until the next cycle,” a broker told The Real Deal.

In 2015, a 36-story tower with 429 units designed by Kobi Karp was approved for the site.
