Two newly completed office buildings at MiamiCentral have been listed for sale – possibly as a way to fund future development.
2 MiamiCentral and 3 MiamiCentral, with 190,000 and 95,000 square feet of office, are being marketed by Eastdil Secured, according to the SFBJ.
Both buildings filled up with tenants quickly. They include Viacom, Concacaf, Ernst & Young, and Brightline along with parent company Florida East Coast Industries. At 3 MiamiCentral, a Publix remains in permitting.
Portions of MiamiCentral, including twin apartment towers with 800 residences and a retail and restaurant hub, remain under construction. Future phases are also planned.
