Shorenstein Properties of San Francisco just made a major investment in MiamiCentral.
The company paid $159.4 million for 2 MiamiCentral and 3 MiamiCentral. The transaction was recorded in county records on May 14.
2 MiamiCentral includes 190,000 square feet of office, while 3 MiamiCentral has 95,000 square feet of office, along with retail, a future Publix, and parking.
Both office buildings filled up quickly thanks to downtown Miami’s booming market. Viacom, Concacaf, Ernst & Young are among the tenants.
Shorenstein is one of the biggest office landlords in San Francisco.
