PMG will have about 2 million square feet of FAR available to developer at the 300 Biscayne site, according to a document recorded by the city last month.
The Declaration of Restrictive Covenants in Lieu of Unity of Title shows the following entitlement allocation for the property:
The covenant was filed by the developer in May, but wasn’t signed and recorded by the city until July.
