A developer has submitted plans to the city of North Miami to build a 20-story apartment building called Emblem Tower.
Emblem Tower is proposed to include:
- 139 luxury multifamily rental units
- 9,989 square feet of ground floor commercial/office space
- 239 parking spaces in a 4-story garage
Carlos Ott is the conceptual consultant, with Frankel Benayoun the architect.
Blue Road and GCI are listed as the owners/developers.
The North Miami Planning Commission is scheduled to review the proposal on April 5.
