This area really needs retail. As it is now, it is probably the least walkable part of the city.

What is Japanese living? Shoji screens instead of doors?……

Many diverse lifestyles, but in this case, Muji living at Mitsukoshi prices ain’t one beyond a selling point.

views from NBV are some of the best, also with the rise of the mainland i don’t understand how its still so cheap/lame. Seems like that won’t last long w all the permitted projects

One horrible looking building. One horrible address. One overpriced condo. One media advertising event to make it “special” for local realtors.

So where’s the nearest Metrorail line? Something tells me “simplicity of Japanese” living is a cliché and frankly incorrect buzzword to sell something at a premium.

The L bus can get you to South Beach or the 79 street metro rail in a jiffy. I used to catch it from Adventure Avenue and it was very reliable, every 10 minutes in the AM, to get me to South Beach. That was 15-20 years ago. Now, I hear that the traffic is worse on Indian Creek.

You think people paying $2 million plus for a condo (and likely their 2nd home at that) are interested in the bus routes nearby? Such high end buyers care as much about local bus routes as they do the food at the nearest Denny’s. You can market bus routes to the $1500/mo renter, but not the $2 million condo buyer. Seriously lots of you folks got the street smarts of a farm animal.
