27-Story SLS Residence Tops Off In Hallandale Beach, Will Include 250 Apartments

In Hallandale Beach, a 27-story tower called SLS Residence held a top off celebration last week.

SLS Residence is also known as the 100 Diplomat tower.

The project will include 250 branded luxury rental apartments, with access to resort amenities.

SLS is part of the redevelopment of the 127-acre Diplomat Golf & Tennis Club. Another tower with hotel and condo-hotel units is also planned.

A $100 million loan is financing construction of the first phase of the project.

PPG Development is the developer.

Kobi Karp is the architect, with YHCE the engineer. G.T. McDonald is the contractor.

And the yellow grass of a new golf course.

Haha. Agreed. Though the north view should at least be partially of a golf course. But let’s not forget the horrendous traffic to get anywhere only to get worse with all other construction happening in the area.

More like northern Palm Beach County near Palm Beach Gardens and Abacoa.

Broward is the stupid middle child Palm Beach and Dade County make fun of.

I finally know! I lived next to this site for years and just moved away in August. I always wondered how tall it would get. (Passively, couldn’t be bothered to actually look it up)

Making foaming for a Metromover stop in low-rise Wynwood and the Design District moot.

No, the Metromover was formulated by some very smart forcasting thinkers. Too bad we have some clueless government officials in Miami today.

Jorge is building an illegal addition to his 1956 shitbox to house his parents. Permits to be pulled never. Game Changer. Miami Winning.
