300 Biscayne Will Launch Sales in 2017-2018, With Deepak Chopra Supervising Wellness

PMG plans to launch sales for 300 Biscayne sometime in 2017-2018 as the first ever project entirely overseen by health guru Deepak Chopra, the developer said in a press release.

As part of the partnership, Chopra will also oversee design of seven units at Muse Sunny Isles, which just topped off. Sixteen of 68 units remain unsold there, and completion is scheduled for the end of 2017.

PMG’s Kevin Maloney told the Herald that “there’s inventory that has to be eaten up,”  and that “The condo market for all intents and purposes has stopped.”

Wellness Targets Residential Living in a Major Way
High-rise residential living just became healthier in Florida thanks to a partnership between Delos™, Dr. Deepak Chopra and Property Markets Group.

MIAMI –January, 2017- Property Markets Group has coined the term Live Different not only as a campaign aimed at buyers’ experiences past move in, but as a unique way to develop luxurious and innovative living spaces for home owners across the different exclusive markets in which they build. Today, Kevin Maloney, CEO and Founder of PMG announces a first-time partnership with Delos™, the pioneer of Wellness Real Estate™, and Dr. Deepak Chopra, a world-renowned pioneer in integrative medicine and personal transformation.

As part of the partnership, Delos and Dr. Chopra will work with PMG to design scientifically validated wellness homes within their future developments in South Florida. Together, they will raise the bar for healthy living.

Creating a first-time experience for home buyers, Muse Residences Sunny Isles, which is being co-developed by S2 Development, will be the inaugural PMG development to offer this revolutionary wellness lifestyle.

“The goal at Muse Residences is to enhance the overall human experience within the owners’ home. As real estate developers, we understand that the most important brand is health,” states Kevin Maloney, CEO of Property Markets Group.  “Deepak and Delos are designing these units to enhance both the physical and emotional well-being of the future homeowners at Muse. These will be the first residential units designed by Deepak in the US marketplace.”

The exclusive wellness residences at Muse will focus on three core wellness principles: air, water and light. Examples of the specific wellness features and technologies that will be incorporated into each unit include:
Air purification systems: advanced filtration methodologies will be used to enhance indoor air quality by removing allergens, toxins, pathogens, pollen and other pollutants from the air.
Water filtration systems: best-in-class water filtration technologies will be incorporated to achieve nationally-recognized water quality standards.
Circadian Lighting: advanced indoor lighting techniques will be added to each unit to promote alignment with the body’s natural circadian rhythm, helping to improve one’s energy, mood, productivity and sleep quality. Light influences and regulates our bodily rhythms, providing the cues to keep our sleep-wake cycle aligned each day. Well-designed combinations of day-lighting and artificial light can provide an optimal lighting environment for circadian alignment.

“We spend more than 90 percent of our time indoors, so it is becoming increasingly important to place human health and wellness at the center of our building and design decisions,” said Paul Scialla, founder and CEO of Delos. “We look forward to working with PMG, S2 and Deepak on the integration of a full set of wellness solutions that will actively contribute to occupant health and wellness at The Muse Residences Sunny Isles.”

By implementing these curated wellness solutions into seven exclusive residences, PMG, Delos, and Dr. Chopra aim to awaken and restore the end user in the comfort of his or her own home.

“The homes we live in can have a powerful effect on our physical and emotional health,” said Dr. Deepak Chopra. “I am honored to work with PMG and Delos to design healthier residences for Florida residents.”

Deepak Chopra was recently in Miami to scope the project. He was hungry and went to a hot dog stand and said to the Vendor..” Make me one with Everything”.

The Vendor smiled and said …”That will be $5 dollars sir”

Chopa gave him a $10 bill, received the hot dog with no money back. Chiopa briskly asked…”How about my Change?”

The Vendor calmly replied…” Change is from within”.
