PMG plans to launch sales for 300 Biscayne sometime in 2017-2018 as the first ever project entirely overseen by health guru Deepak Chopra, the developer said in a press release.
As part of the partnership, Chopra will also oversee design of seven units at Muse Sunny Isles, which just topped off. Sixteen of 68 units remain unsold there, and completion is scheduled for the end of 2017.
PMG’s Kevin Maloney told the Herald that “there’s inventory that has to be eaten up,” and that “The condo market for all intents and purposes has stopped.”
