A proposed 36-story tower in Edgewater has been approved by Miami’s Planning Department.
Approval for the tower was issued on March 5. The project was reviewed by the Urban Developmen t Review Board in October 2020.
No construction permits to begin building the tower have been filed yet.
The tower is now approved to include:
- 322 residential units
- 372 parking spaces
- 6,183 square feet of retail
An application with the FAA was filed last November for a building height of 430 feet above ground, or 433 feet above sea level.
Meridian TC Real Estate Group LLC, and affiliate of Grupo T&C, is the developer.
