400 Biscayne Boulevard is in contract to be sold, according to the website of the listing agent.
In September 2016, the listing broker had said that the property was expected to fetch around $60 million.
The 1.15-acre property is zoned for 1,150 units, 1.8 million square feet, and unlimited height. It is owned by the First United Methodist Church.
