Another tower has topped off in Brickell.
The 45-story Viceroy Brickell was actually announced as being topped off in late October.
Now, the upper roof structure of the tower is taking shape, a new photo by Due Italiani a Miami shows.
Viceroy Brickell will include 420 residential condos upon completion, along with amenities.
Baccarat Residences, a 75-story tower, is also now rising on the south side of the same property.
A third tower is also eventually planned.
Developers of the complex were scheduled to present a preservation action plan to Miami’s Historic and Environmental Preservation Board yesterday for prehistoric remains found at the site. The plan includes a riverwalk connection to the Miami Circle property.
