$5.8M Unit Sold At One Thousand Museum; Red Bull Aerobatic Helicopter Stunt Planned

Another unit has been sold at One Thousand Museum, and preparations are underway for the building to open in soon.

Unit 1801, a half floor residence, was sold this week, according to the Instagram account of broker Harvey Daniels. It had been priced at $5,800,000 and will include 4,635 fully finished square feet with 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The 01 line is now nearly sold out.

Closings are scheduled to begin in six months fromnow.

A Red Bull aerobatic helicopter stunt from the roof of the building (which includes a helicopter pad) is rumored to be in planning.
