500,000 Square Foot Health Campus Proposed In West Palm Beach

West Palm Beach commissioners have voted to begin negotiations with FRI Investors over a proposed medical campus on 2.4 acres known as the ‘tent site’, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.

Michael McCloskey, who heads the partnership planning the project, told commissioners that the 500,000-square-foot West Palm Beach Health + Wellness Campus would be built in two phases. It would include a 15-floor tower and a 13-floor tower, along with a Fresh Market.

HOK has been retained as the architect for the project, which is expected to cost $200 million.
