Natiivo is now officially under construction.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held at the project site this morning, although foundation work has already been underway for a few weeks.
The event included a live band, and food and coffee provided by Dolce Mercato and Bodega Taqueria, two future tenants in the building.
Natiivo has been approved by the Federal Aviation Administration for a height of 588 feet above ground.
It is now the sixth tallest building currently under construction within City of Miami limits, and the seventh tallest on our list of those likely to be under construction in 2021 (there are several taller buildings under construction in Sunny Isles).
When complete, it will become one of the 25 tallest buildings in Miami, around the same height as the taller towers at Icon Brickell.
It also joins over 50 other towers in city of Miami limits that are over 500 feet.
Natiivo will include:
- 100 Gale hotel rooms
- 140 Gale hotel-condo units (for sale)
- 127 Creative HQ office condos
- 448 residential condos
- 70,000 square feet of amenities curated by LDV Hospitality
- A ground-floor Italian market and restaurant called Dolce Mercato, and Bodega
Over 60% of residential condo units in the building have been sold.
