The 57-story Missoni Baia tower has received a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
Arlyz Morales, part of the in-house sales team for the development, posted on Instagram last week that a TCO had been issued. “Let the closings begin,” Morales wrote.
As of this morning, no closing are showing yet in Miami-Dade records, but there is typically a lag between closings and recording.
A groundbreaking ceremony for the tower was held in October 2017, with an event that included a scantily clad saxophonist on a flyboard.
A foundation pour for the tower took place in January 2020.
Top-off of the tower took place in July 2021.
The tower was built at a height of 646 feet above ground, or 649 feet above sea level.
Asymptote is the architect.
OKO Group and Cain International are the developers.
