58th Floor Penthouse At Aston Martin Residences Sold To American Buyer

Developer G&G Business Developments said last week that they have sold the first penthouse at Aston Martin Residences to a buyer from the United States.

The price was not disclosed. Seven other penthouse units remain available at prices from $16 million to $50 million.

“We’re pleased to announce the sale of our first penthouse property at the Aston Martin Residences,” said German Coto, CEO of G&G Business Developments. “This demonstrates the continued success and strong progression of our global sales operation.”

The newly sold unit is on the 58th floor and spans 9,680 square feet of space.

Vertical construction at Aston Martin Residences is expected to begin in July, with a completion date in 2022.

Can’t wait to see Ultra from my new penthouse when it comes back to Bayfront Park where it belongs.

Anonymous

And hear the vibrations at 9am………Ultra shoots themselve in the foot by making themselves unbearable

Anonymous

Too late, as it looks like the NIMBYs have officially pushed Ultra out of Miami and it’s heading to LA in 2020

Anonymous

Best news I’ve heard today.

^ You realize it’s April 1st…….

Good, they are not wanted in the middle of city. Go try having ultra in the middle of central park.

Unlike high tax NYC, our government has to monetize its assets to fund itself. Move back to Manhattan if you don’t like it here.

I do not understand why people compare Miami to Manhattan all the time Miami is more similar to Caracas than Manhattan. The comparison New York is a world-class city Miami is the third world

Anonymous

You know even you don’t really believe that.

Anonymous

And what world did you come from? 6th?

aceraroja

Caracas is more cosmopolitan and full of life even without fucking power. Miami is just one big parking garage with a concierge and fine-dining chain restaurants.

I’m betting Ultra is kicked out of Virginia Key before next year. There are a few thousand pissed off blue hairs up and down Biscayne Bay, with dentures still rattling from this past weekend, and they are likely to make quite the fuss.

Anonymous

Omg. Thanks for the good laugh, dentures rattling I love it

thats funny as hell thanks

For a comedian, you do show some promise…

Dr. Jack Kevorkian

We do need the younger people to start buying in downtown and push the old farts out – to Naples, to the burbs, to euthanasia clinics – and keep downtown for the living. Enough cranky old people. I’m a doctor and I advise my patients once they hit a certain age to consider signing a DNR..

Anonymous

And what age is that?

Anonymous

Congrats to the buyer!

Anonymous

Thank you!
