The release states that 1 Southside Park will include:
1,175 residential rental units
190,000 square feet of office space
200-key boutique hotel
10,000 square feet of retail space
1,400 parking spaces.
The site is located next to Southside Park, which will be redesigned by James Corner Field Operations as part of the project.
The Underline and Brickell Metrorail and Metromover stations are also adjacent to the property.
