The 65-story E11EVEN Residences Beyond was presented to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board last week. Members voted 5-0 to recommend approval.
New renderings of the tower were also released as part of the July 19 presentation to the board.
According to the UDRB filing, E11EVEN Residences Beyond is planned to include:
- 558 residential units
- 13,647 square feet of commercial
- 7,920 square feet of office
- 216 parking spaces
The two comments made by the UDRB were:
- Extend architectural treatment of north facade to the ground level
- Confirm the parking configuration will function properly.
Developers PMG and E11EVEN Partners held a groundbreaking ceremony for the tower last month after they secured a $262 million construction loan.
Over 80 percent of the building has been sold, the developers said at the time.
They also have another 65-story tower called E11EVEN Hotel & Residences under construction on the same block.
Sieger Suarez is the architect.
