65-Story E11even Residences Sells Over 70 Percent Of Units, Will Begin Construction In 2021

The 65-story Elleven Residences planned in Park West has become one of the fastest selling projects in Miami’s history.

Over 70 percent of units at the proposed tower have already been sold, Property Markets Group managing partner Ryan Shear told Commercial Observer.

The project only began a soft sales launch in January, and officially named a sales team this month.

Elleven will include 400 condo-hotel units ranging in price from $250,000 to $12 million.

The project will include A 24-hour rooftop restaurant, bar and pool, a gourmet food hall, and a day club and pool deck on the eleventh floor.

There will also be a spa by Deepak Chopra, and a Vegas-style sports lounge.

Construction will begin in 2021, Shear said.

This was funded by the Turkish government, which is rich. Probably it was a money laundering scheme to start with but let’s see. It’s a brain dead deal but still has a tiny pulse😉

This was a winner from the start. Hotel mixed with build on strip club and 24 hour restaurants and entertainment. Nothing like it in Miami. Mixed with location. I’m surprised they aren’t sold out.

Is this area called Downtown, Park West or Miami World Center? Sorry, new here.

Anonymous

It’s called Downtown! Miami World Center is the biggest urban development currently happening in Downtown Miami. It’s like a block away from this eleventh building

Anonymous

The entire area is Downtown Miami. The Miami World Center is the name of this specific section of Downtown, which was previously only called Park West. Now the question is whether there will be a distinction with two names MWC and Park West or just MWC. If anything MWC will be the area behind Biscayne Blvd and the block on Biscayne will be called Park West.

Exactly, “Downtown” isn’t necessarily a neighborhood. Plenty of cities have downtowns with multiple neighborhoods. For example, Downtown Chicago is comprised of River North, Gold Coast, Streeterville, Lakeshore East, The Loop, West Loop, and South Loop.

Well right now, the renderings of that Waldorf Astoria design can be found in quite a few cities around the world. If you don’t believe me, do some homework.

Anonymous

No fallacy but truth–FYI this place will have nice bay views from mid-upper floors.

Anonymous

Not for long

Anonymous

…but long enough for the developer to close on the remaining 30% of units.

Anonymous

Ha!.. I knew my comment would bring out one of you clueless naysayers. I bet you also doubt what a Metromover extension going north to Wynwood and the Design District and beyond, plus all the way to Miami Beach would do?

Anonymous

That’s right—condo buyers dropping $12mil on a place don’t want water views, they want Metromover rides!

Pass the bong.

Anonymous

“Pass the bong?”

Well then, I guess Brickellites who have the Metromover and the Metrorail all throughout the place are smoking the good stuff.

Anonymous

Naah, they’re rolling around in their luxury cars laughing at the bums and broke wannabe’s standing areound for Metromover

Anonymous

Having moved here recently from NYC, I don’t think the Metromover is any worse that the NYC subway. It runs pretty frequently and has less trash, for sure. Personally, I am excited about the prospect of the extension to Wynwood/Midtown/DD. I’d prefer going out to dinner without worrying about being pulled over on my way home. Alternatively, if I go up for a burger and few beers, my Lyft/Uber round trip will cost close to the price of my dinner. A penny saved is a penny earned. That lesson will eventually come to Miami as more northerners move here. Probably fewer rental-Lamborghinis and more work ethic at that point.

Anonymous

LOL – yeah the wealthy all want to ride the metro mover – it’s first class.

Anonymous

“LOL – yeah the wealthy all want to ride the metro mover”

Yeah, Brickellites have it while other very poor areas wish they did.

Anonymous

Not for nothing but Brickell is still not there… It’s still wannabe. It has yet to have underground cables, better supermarkets, Whole Foods is in the CBD, a decent bakery with good coffee. Pastelitos and croquetas, I can get anywhere in Miami, please, have variety and best of all, it doesn’t have a pedestrianized promenade like every city in the world has.

Anonymous

The only thing that separates the Brickell area and downtown is the Miami river.
