67-Story Condo Tower At Miami Worldcenter Officially Announced

Naftali Group has announced plans for the JEM Private Residences condos at Miami Worldcenter.

The private condos will be located starting on level 43 and up in a tower that will rise 67 stories. The tower will rise over 700 feet, the developer said.

A total of 259 condominiums are being sold, with studios to four-bedroom units ranging from 469 to 2,052 square feet. Prices start from the $540,000s.

Residents will have access to a 50th floor amenity level that has been “designed to compete with any high-end luxury hotel.”

According to plans submitted to the UDRB earlier this year, the tower will have a total of 786 residential units.

The lower floors will have rental apartments with a separate entrance, according to the SFBJ.

Demolition at the site has already been completed.

Arquitectonica is the architect. Rockwell Group is handling interior design.

separate entrances for apartments and condos but do they share the same amenities deck?

That was my question exactly. We ALL know how the pools/amenities tend to be in rental buildings. Yikes.

There are two separate decks – one for the private residences and another for the rentals.

condo amenity deck may get a little breezy.

How are the pools/amenities in rental buildings?

Anon

Who knows? They’re usually closed for repairs half the time.

It obviously depends on the building. Judging by the product they are putting forward, if you can afford to rent here I don’t think you’ll be disappointed in their amenities.

Rental apartment facilities will be accessible through the “poor door”.

You can clearly see 2 separate decks moron

Love the building, but won’t most of the views be blocked by 1000 museum? That is not shown on these drawings!

So what? That’s the offset of living in a big metropolitan city. Nobody seems to care about views in Brickell…

people pay premiums for water views.

People also pay premiums for convenience of being near a metro stop or freeway.

Not here, nobody GAF. It’ all about the water views in Miami. Also, nobody in Miami uses the terms metro stop or freeway. Metro stop is a Northeast term, and Freeways are in California. Take it from a 305 native, transplant.

Without transplants and their money Miami would be a highway pitstop overrun with poverty and roosters. “Natives” ran this city into the ground.

I’d pay to have a Zaha Hadid sculpture in my yard or in my view.

Downtown and Brickell look very different. Downtown has its own special design, while Brickell sits on the corner by the bay and the ocean. Plus, the buildings in Brickell get taller as they get closer to the freeway, so you can see more from them..

No, not really – this building spans 1000M and 10 Museum Park, which is much shorter than 1000M. The JEM residences, which start on level 43, will have ocean views above 10 Museum park as well as off the Northeast and Southwest corners.

The lower residences will just have ocean views off of the corners.

Go Park West❗️😃 Who in their right mind wouldn’t want that? Walk outside your condo and you’re at the shopping mall. Brickell who? 🤦🏼‍♂️🙄🤣🤣

The most basic design for a tower in such a good area

Anon

I actually think it’s stunning. Simple, refined, and glassy. A more complicated design would look too much next to Zaha’s 1000 Museum.

Anon

Why are ya’ll so against simple, clean, glassy buildings? There are multiple architecturally unique buildings in this immediate area. Need every building be over-articulated?

If it’s in Miami WORLDcenter, yes.

Compared to The Crosby and every other cigarette box proposed and that has come online in MWC, I don’t think so.
