830 Brickell Tops Off As Brickell’s Tallest Office Tower, Now 60% Leased

830 Brickell has officially topped off at 55 stories and 724 feet.

It is now the tallest office building in Brickell, and the second tallest office building in Miami (after Southeast Financial Center).

More than 60% of space has been pre-leased, with tenants including Microsoft, Thoma Bravo, A-CAP, CI Financial, Marsh Insurance, AerCap and WeWork.

In addition to office space, a rooftop bar/lounge and restaurant is planned, with menus developed alongside a three-Michelin-starred chef.

There will also be retail at the street level.

Completion is scheduled for later this year.

Very nice building. Quality of life and less taxes, two big factors in attracting companies to Miami. Public transport is a negative point in this pros and cons account.

Lol at the residents crying about losing their views in SLS Lux.

Tell me, what are these people at SLS Lux doing when they’re not looking out the window?

No view is sacred especially when you live downtown!

I would cry over the view of CitizenM and its garbage mural, or from another building the view of SLS LUX’s parking pedestal mural.

I’ve never met anyone crying about their view in Brickell. The real nice views at the SLS Lux are at the 9th Floor pool deck anyway.

Epic.

Plus I always love when the 4 ambassadors make a cameo.

You always could see them back when there was just mainly the 4 Ambassadors (with probably three other low rise towers we saw) in the entire Brickell area!

They would become a wonderful hotel project with an elegant resort casino in the area.

The 4 Embarrassments should be declared blight and bulldozed. 🤢

Brickell Soaring.

Imagine going back ten years and telling someone an all office tower in the same height range as Southeast Financial Center would be built in Miami. This is proof that towers like One brickell City Center and One Bayfront are feasible
