A Second E11even Condo Tower Is Now Under Consideration After First Tower Reaches 90% Sold

Park West’s E11even Hotel & Residences has experienced strong sales, and a second tower is now being considered by the developers.

The first tower will rise 65 stories, or 698 feet above ground.

Over 90 percent of 340 condo units planned in the tower are now in contract, with buyers placing a non-refundable 10 percent deposit, according to a press release.

The average sales price is $1,100 per square foot.

Developer Michael Simkins told The Real Deal that a second tower is feasible and under consideration.

Simkins controls around 10 acres in the area, where the Miami Innovation District is proposed.

Groundbreaking on the first E11even tower will take place in the third quarter of this year. Construction will take about 30 months.

I love it how the renderings of the innovation district get you excited but yet when the actual towers get built; they are just boring square boxes with cooling tanks on top

Those renderings are just conceptions, therefore they’re not the real thing.

That’s where the City comes in. They should demand the actual rendering and enforce it, before a permit is granted. They. Should also demand better architecture.

you are so right. I keep hoping for some changes in the type of buildings we get. we have one of the larges collection of high rises, but the skyline stays boring, it is a flat top.

Don’t worry. One of these days someone will build a building with a top shaped like the tip of a penis.

Note to self. Strip clubs don’t always lower property values.

Sometimes they “raise” them😉

Believe me, you won’t find strip clubs in tumble weed towns.

Is it Park West or Miami World Center?

Anonymous

Miami world center is part of park west.

Drug Dealers (aka Cocaine Cowboys) were the initial impetus for the Miami Awakening in the 80’s. Gracias a Dios. Cash is King!!

Please redesign the Waldorf Astoria building proposal from that stupid offset crate staking look and watch sales take off like they did for the E11even proposal.

Anonymous

The Waldorf Astoria design is a joke. It just looks so odd in the skyline. Some non creative minds designed that tower. It should definitely be redrawn

Anonymous

I love that design!

The Waldorf Astoria proposal is hideous.

And funny looking. That’s why nowhere else in the world has any city allowed a ridiculous looking designed skyscraper that tall to be built.

Looks like gambling will be here soon and the buildings will be larger and the transit better. Whats not to like. ?

Anonymous

How is this even possible? It’s a condo named after a strip joint in a crappy part of town and it sells 90 percent in less than four months.

Anonymous

^ Clueless people like you will always be amazed.

Has any of the potential owners seen that street on the weekends? Drugged out 20 and 30 year olds will get old pretty fast. This is when you know we are entering another bubble.
