Sales got off to a good start at Trump Group’s The Estates at Acqualina, even though the sales center hasn’t opened yet.
The developer announced yesterday that $360 million worth of units were sold in an eight to ten week period. Sales for the twin-tower, 264-unit project began in February.
Units have been selling despite ‘minimal marketing materials,’ according to a press release. A $10 million sales center is planned.
Prices range from $3.9 million to $40 million. Of the 56 units sold, the average sales price has been $6.5 million.
Developers Jules, Eddie and Stephanie Trump plan to live in the project, the director of sales told The Real Deal.
Last week, the developers obtained a TCO for the 86-unit Mansions at Acqualina. No units there have closed yet.
