Adrienne Arsht Lists Brickell Home For $150M (Proceeds To Charity)

Adrienne Arsht has listed her Brickell home for sale for $150 million, according to the WSJ.

Arsht has pledged to donate the proceeds to charity, but hasn’t decided which yet.

It is the most expensive listing ever for a home in Miami. The record sale price in Miami was just recently set on Star Island at $75 million.

There are two home on the property, including one known as Villa Serena, built in 1913 for former U.S. Secretary of State William Jennings Bryan. Another is just 20 years old and was designed by Jose Gelabert-Navia.

In total, there is 25,000 square feet of living space, 4 acres of land, and 400 feet of Biscayne Bay frontage.

Arsht, who is 79, still plans on maintaining a Miami home.

You can check out the Zillow listing here.

It would be nice to see the proceeds donated back to the community like Camillus House or another local nonprofit organization in Miami.

She should donate it to ANTIFA and BLM. They’ll put to good use. Like more gas to burn down buildings and more guns to kill American citizens

They also need it to buy more luxury homes for their leaders

Nah, we need the extra money to payoff those lawsuits these racist cops out here keep mounting up and also to rebuild state capitol buildings and pay ransoms that these Proud Boys, Neo Nazis, KKK, and Aryan Nation (just to name a few white racist groups) demand because they are on this earth and want everything their way and can’t stand anybody that doesn’t look like them.

Villa Serena is one of Miami’s most precious Gilded Age estates, surpassing even Vizcaya. While it is historically protected, knowing how weak the ordinances are, I pray nothing will happen to desecrate it.

Vizcaya is on an entire different level…

His generosity and charity is appreciated and I am sure it will be to a charity close to his heart. If it was my money and choice, I would donate it to some kind of medical research (Cancer, MS, Diabetes etc.). Any discoveries/cures would be an enormous benefit to the entire humankind and the benefits are in perpetuity. It could change the world forever and for the better such as the discovery of antibiotics for infections.
