After Deferral In June, Zoning Board To Reconsider Worldcenter Changes (Updated)

Miami’s Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board will review zoning changes needed for Miami Worldcenter later today.

In June, the board voted to defer a decision on the the new code after hearing from a lobbyist representing the operators of Grand Central Lounge and Grand Central Park, whose owners are involved in multiple lawsuits with the developer.

The proposed changes could be voted on by the city commission at a meeting next week.

Update: Approved by the board
