Construction permitting is now underway for a second 65-story E11EVEN tower in Park West, according to Miami Building Department records.
Demolition at the site took place in October.
Construction on the first 65-story tower, known as E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, is already underway.
A construction permit for the second tower known as E11EVEN Residences Beyond was applied for on November 28 and is now in prescreening.
There will be 468 residential units, along with office, commercial, retail and parking in the new tower, the permit application states.
The total hard construction cost for E11EVEN Residences Beyond is listed at $211,392,867.
