Another New Mixed-Use Project Coming To Miami Worldcenter, Abbhi Capital Says

The owner of a major block at Miami Worldcenter has installed signs at the property announcing a mixed-use development, according to a photo by Ryan RC Rea.

The new project is “coming soon,” the sign promises.

Abbhi Capital of Coral Gables owns the block, and its name is shown on on the newly installed signs.

The managing partner of the company has previously said the project would include multifamily, hotel, office and retail.

Damn… I really liked the design of that cancelled tower by Fifield.

It would fit right in with the two out of three disappointing cereal boxes built.

Whatever it is, Im sure it will be a much better design than that Ugly Monstrosity of the Paramount tower and the Hideous “in construction” Legacy Tower.

How about me just call it density, Miami is its own thing, stop comparing it to NYC.

“How about me just call it density,”

I like to compare Miami to Manhattan south, OK!

It doesn’t even make sense. MWC is a development, not an island that experienced massive urbanization 100 years ago.

Yes! Make Miami Manhattan. <3

Yeah, I think it needs 4 to 5 years to fill out with Legacy, Miami World Towers, Caoba 2, Natiivo, Crosby, Eleven 1 & 2, Abbhi, Related Groups 3 Towers then add in the Brightline Super Towers and Casa Forma Tower near the Arsht Center and finish up the Jewelry box and retail around Paramount and behind Bezel.

Should be amazing!

I know this may be controversial but….. wouldn’t it be nice if at least Worldcenter area gets approval for advertising LED screens?

Considering how heinous Paramount’s LED screen is, no.

No mention of car storage? C’mon. It’s not Miami if it’s got less than 1,000 stalls.

Come on now. I need to see renderings. Renderings. Articles like these should not be posted unless there is wondering‘s that have been revealed

Shawn, I’m “wondering’s” how difficult it is to spell RENDERINGS for a 3rd time. Another day, another clown comment from the peanut gallery, come on now indeed.
