Apple Store Is Under Construction At Brickell City Centre

An Apple Store is under construction at Brickell City Centre.

The company is spending at least $3 million on construction expenses to build out the interior, according to a permit card posted at the entrance to the new store.

The store will be located on the first and second level of the West Block of the mall, in front of Saks. In total, the store will have 9,407 square feet of space.

The foot traffic alone will change the dynamic of the mall.

Ok. I just figured it was commonplace for any mall to have one these days.

The fourth image, that’s the exterior right? Street frontage retail, looks great.

Awesome. This is really needed in Brickell. Maybe a Gap, Lululemon, Bath Body Works, GNC and Nike Store.

Envious little trolls! …why don’t you go hide under your burning Samsung phones and your Microsoft built crap. Every time I pass by one of those MSFT “EMPTY” stores it makes me real sad… to see a bunch employees in their colorful APPL wannabe t-shirts hanging out waiting for clients… its pathetic!

Not even FREE tablets for the NFL – “I just can’t take it anymore,” said Belichick, (Patriots coach) weeks after smashing a Surface tablet on the sidelines. Read on:

What’s up with all the hate? I am an Android guy through and through but I still think that an Apple store is a great fit for BCC. A lot of people love Apple and it will bring lots of customers making this mall a success!
