The architect and number of apartments planned at 1775 Biscayne has been revealed in a new DERM filing.
Renderings of the tower were not released as part of the filing.
According to the July 18 filing, 1775 Biscayne is planned to rise 42 stories and include:
- 544 apartment units
- 7,419 square feet of retail
- 7,419 square feet of full service restaurant
O’Donnell Dannwolf & Partners (also known as ODP) is listed as the architect.
The interior designer is listed as Charles & Co. of New York, with landscape architecture by Christopher Cawley.
LCOR purchased the property in 2022 and is the developer. A previous owner had proposed a 53-story tower on the site.
The 2017 Kobi Karp design for a 53-story tower on the same site appears to have been scrapped by the new owner of the property:
