Aria On The Bay 80 Percent Sold, Weeks From Top Off

Condo units at Aria On the Bay are still selling well as the building nears top off.

More than 80 percent of units are now in contract, a spokesman for the developer told the SFBJ. Construction has reached the 47th of 53 levels, with delivery projected in early 2018.

About two months ago, the developer had said 75 percent of units were in contract. Eight months ago, the number was at 70 percent. There are 648 units under construction, so each 5 percent increment is equal to another 32 units sold.

With top off and sell out approaching, the developer has lowered deposit requirements. Earlier this week, the developer announced they will accept 35 percent deposits for the remaining units, compared to 50 percent previously.

Can ANYONE please explain to me the draw to this building???? It looks like about 60% of the units will have direct views of the buildings right next door!!!!

It is beautiful, but you’re so right. The space between buildings is cavernous and a little claustrophobic :/

And a little city-like…

Do you see much space between buildings in New York?

Is this New York? Oh ok. 🙂

Don’t we want to be a global city? Or do we want to be a suburb?

No not New York but close to it! If you walk around this area it feels and looks like a lot of parts of Manhattan. The only difference is Manhattan is working people so after 5pm it turns into a ghostown whereas here you have pedestrians walking around 24/7 so it’s actually a lot more vibrant than some parts of NYC.

Many floors on the north and west sides of Brickell Heights west tower will also stare into neighboring buildings

Many floors in many buildings stare into neighboring buildings. Welcome to the city. Want privacy? Get window treatments (and/or tinted windows).

This is soooooo crazy!!! Pass by or even just look at the 2nd pic here. SO many units will have direct views of their neighbors.
