Aria Reserve South Tower Reaches Level 16, Permitting Underway For North Tower

In Edgewater, the first tower at Aria Reserve is rapidly rising, while a second tower is making progress with permitting.

Aria Reserve is planned to include two 62-story, 649-foot towers. It is the tallest dual-tower waterfront residential project in the United States, according to the developer.

A groundbreaking ceremony for the South Tower was held in May 2022.

According to a social media post by shell contractor L&R yesterday, the 16th floor has now been poured.
