Aria Reserve is planned to include two 62-story, 649-foot towers. It is the tallest dual-tower waterfront residential project in the United States, according to the developer.

At the North Tower, a construction permit was applied for on May 26, with review underway.
The North Tower will have 360 condo units, the permit filing states.
The permit for the South Tower (already issued) shows 383 condo units, 5,719 square feet of restaurant, 4,870 square feet of retail, and a 9-story parking garage.
