A joint venture that includes four developers have submitted plans for an apartment project in Wynwood.
The project is currently known as 2700 NW 2 Avenue, and is proposed to rise 8 stories with:
329 multifamily residential dwelling units
18,452 square feet of ground floor commercial space
193 parking spaces on-site in an enclosed and lined garage
Parking is being reduced from normal zoning requirements by using a 30% Transit Corridor area reduction. In addition, the developers will pay into the Wynwood Parking Trust Fund for a further reduction of 107 parking spaces.
The developers are Related Group, Tristar Capital, LNDMRK Development, and Tricera Capital. The joint development entity is called PRH G40 Property Owner, LLC.
Arquitectonica is the architect.
The project is set for a hearing before the Wynwood Design Review Committee on April 12.
