Aston Martin Residences Just Sold A $4.7M Penthouse, DB11 Included

At the under-construction Aston Martin Residences, a penthouse “sky home” sold last week – and the buyer is getting a car to go with it.

Alex Miranda and Lucas Gomez with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty sold the $4.7 million unit, which includes four bedrooms.

The buyer also gets a limited edition Aston Martin DB11, and is said to be thrilled (pricing for a base DB11 starts at $200,000).

Personal property not included in valuation = $4.5 Mil. Meanwhile the best line is from the Instagram post ” This four bedroom residence features 4 bedrooms..”

Well, in their defense, there some people out here who will ask “how tall is it” when the article clearly states “the building will be 459ft.”

What price per sf? This sale seems way too low per sf for what they are promising. This Developer is under water his cost per unit exceeds the sales price per unit = train wreck in progress = BUYER BEWARE!!!

Okay, for a car like that, let me go and start raiding my piggy-bank.

100 to 1 will not get built, economics of deal don’t pencil out, Construction start was a marketing ploy, no subs hired , no permits in place to go vertical, buyers beware

Drove by the site today. Looks like they installed some piles and construction has completely stopped. Site is closed no work going on. I still say this one never gets built.

Im pretty sure you said the same thing about one thousand museum

Anonymous

No I did not. Big difference between the developers. One Thousand Museum is local guys that built a lot vs Aston which is rich foreigner that never built anything

Okay… then you said the same thing about FlatIron?

Never doubted Ugo Columbo, he is a proven developer. Coto guy from Aston never built anything

It’s a simple concept people. It’s not naysaying. This guy developing the Aston has never built anything.

The naysayers say the same thing about every project. They’ll eventually be right about one or two and will practically break their arms patting themselves on the back. They’re sad people.

The Developer should give a car to the Realtor as well.

Good luck getting your Aston out of the building and around the block. The Brickell/Biscayne/Whole Foods corridor is a traffic and civil planning nightmare. Only in Miami.

What do you expect…no traffic? Miami isn’t Wichita.

Amazing how this project continues to be an amateur hour production. Line sales are more relevant to if this thing happens. Likely a friend or family buyer anyway. Cheers
