Aston Martin Residences Now Second Tallest In Miami, Closer To Completion

In downtown Miami, the 66-story Aston Martin Residences is moving closer to completion, new photos by Phillip Pessar show.

The tower is now the second tallest in Miami, at 816 feet above ground (that also makes it the second tallest in the State of Florida).

Their being Condescending, almost everyone said this was a flip and would never be built, that’s why this comment is #1

With this done can the DDA build a wide riverwalk like Fort Lauderdale’s?

A riverwalk component is required for all new buildings along the river. The portion planned behind the Aston Martin will be beautiful.

Change our river from an industrial “working river” to a beautiful one that works for tourism… instead of cargo ships that cause bridges to go up regularly, bring in tourism ferries that some need bridges to open ⛴️

I didn’t know they could stack fake soil mixing that high. This is the most impressive cardboard cutout investor flip render yet.

I want the riverwalk behind this building completed like yesterday. It’s taking way too long at a gross inconvenience to Miami residents. I biked by there last night and I had to physically lift my bike up at the end of the Epic segment of the riverwalk and then go onto the street due to the lack of connection behind the Aston Martin.
