Aston Martin Residences Reaches 70 Percent Sold, Now At Level 49

Condos at downtown Miami’s Aston Martin Residences are selling fast.

The developer says that 70 percent of the project’s 391 condo units are now sold. That is a significant increase from October 2020, when around 60 percent of units had been sold.

Prices start at around $1 million and range to over $50 million.

Aston Martin Residences is currently under construction and has reached level 49.

The tower will top off at 66 stories.

Aston Martin is also on track to become the second tallest in all of Miami at 816 feet above ground. Only Brickell’s Panorama Tower is taller.

Completion is set for next year.

This is good news for the Waldorf Astoria project. They are in the same class.

This and Una are both doing really well. Neither will have commerce or a hotel, so that will make them more exclusive. Waldorf will, naturally, have a hotel. As you move north from the river, the area will be a lot more influenced by tourism and will feel less residential.

Re open the riverwalk !!! OR at least put a ramp where it abruptly ends at the epic so people with bikes/strollers/wheelchairs can get by!

The plan is to tear down the sales office and connect the riverwalk as the project completes. That will allow walking from Bayfront Market most of the way up to Kiki’s without much detouring.

Need to fully connect the Southside next and you have a true riverwalk

No point in reporting the sales any more for these amateurs. All will be revealed at completion in 18 months.

Was wondering if this was on hold due to circumstances. Good to know if isn’t. Truly iconic.

LOL the URL says 53, but the title says 49.

If they’re overstating the floor, which the whole world can see, then are they overstating the presales too? No shame.

This comment is still more intelligent than the ones that refer to the shitty developer money grab buildings going up in West Brickell and the arts District as “fillers”
