Bentley Residences To Begin Construction In Spring: New Renderings

Bentley Residences is now just months away from starting construction, according to CNN.

Groundbreaking on the 63-story tower will take place in spring of this year, the report said.

Completion is expected in 2026.

Bentley Residences will become the tallest tallest US oceanfront building at 749 feet tall, CNN said, citing a spokesperson (at least one other tower is planned in Sunny Isles at around the same height).

The tower will have 216 condo units, with features such as private garages at each unit and private pools on balconies of each unit.

Four car elevators known as “Dezervators” will take vehicles up to the units of their owners, at a speed of 800 feet per minute.

Arquitectonica take notes. Sunny Isles puts brickell, downtown, Edgewater and world center to shame.

Brickell and bayfront areas of Edgewater are certainly the upper crust and warrant better designs, however.

Also, provides zero in housing for people that live and work here. Only build for millionaires??

Is there anything to do in Sunny Isles? Besides the beach? Even if you could afford one of those units, why would you want to be so far from restaurants, shopping, etc? I don’t know the area really but have always been perplexed by Sunny Isles – seems boring and out of the way

There’s more to life than eating out and shopping. If there isn’t more for you, then you can more easily and more cheaply live in Dallas, Atlanta, South Bend, Chattanooga, or most anywhere else.

I’m not talking about myself. As I mentioned in my comment, I’m referring to those who can afford a unit in this building.

The beach is plenty. Shopping and eating out aren’t hobbies.

“I don’t know the area really but” you’ll comment anyways

Everyone just hangs out at their house and does coke or gummies with their billionaire friends. Gets food and drinks catered. No need to leave.

Yes. Plenty to do. You can drive anywhere to Miami without even having to walk to a building garage. I am sure the concierge service will bring you anywhere you want in Miami and back in a Bentley.

We have the Porsche tower, The Aston Martin Tower and now the Bentley Tower, any plans for the Toyota Tower west of Brickell?

Would look amazing replacing some bayfront 1960s and 1970s condos in Brickell, along Biscayne Boulevard replacing the parking lot next to Freedom Tower, or a certain area of Claughton Island.
