Bentley Residences has announced an expected groundbreaking date and hired a new firm for sales and marketing,
Groundbreaking is planned for later in 2023. Demolition is said to be fast approaching, according to a press release.
Douglas Elliman Development Marketing will support sales and marketing efforts at Bentley Residences, joining Dezer Platinum Realty, the lead brokerage for the development.
Bentley Residences is planned to rise 62 stories, in a tower designed by Sieger Suarez Architects that features the carmakers signature diamond pattern.
A total of 216 condos are planned, starting at $5.25 million. Features will include car elevators to allow owners to park at their unit.
Sales velocity has been “tremendous to date,” the release said.
Completion is planned in 2026.
