Photos: Bezel Miami Worldcenter Gets Light Feature, Readying For December Opening

Bezel Miami Worldcenter appears to be getting a light feature at the top, new photos show.

The 43-story tower also now has an opening date.

According to the developer’s website, apartments will be available for move-in beginning in December.

Bezel, which was formerly named Luma, will have 434 units.

Pricing for a studio listed in the building’s current inventory start at just above $1900, with parking $100 to $175 extra per car.

There will be two levels of amenities on the 13 and 14th-floor, including a resort-style pool, restaurant, wellness center, and classroom.

Groundbreaking took place in April 2019. Units are now listed as being available for move in on December 15.

Stantec is the project’s architect.

I hope the light feature is going to be better than that…

It looks like a light strip someone gets from Amazon to put on their balcony

Was also my first thought. With the original name being “Luma,” I expected far more. Perhaps that explains the name change?

Maybe that’s not it, they are still working on the building so maybe that’s not the final light.

Caoba should also have a light feature by turning the very top grey strip going around the building into light.

Underwhelming to say the least.

So Boring…

This building is just a typical stucco tower. 90% of the “luxury” is just marketing, and a few nicer finishing choices in the units. It’s really just like any stucco tower going up in downtown Laudy

I was thinking the same thing a lot of stucco for one of the “Top luxury apartments building in the area”

The FTX Arena has also an LED color-changing sign now and they are repainting the roof! Hopefully they’ll put some nice light feature on it.

you all calling this boring, underwhelming, etc are the same that applauded as “a great infill” when they announced 2 years ago.
that’s why I continue to be against all these same, boring looking boxes. miami has the biggest concentration of ugly high-rises in the world!!!

I can tell you’re new or haven’t lived long enough. Because you clearly don’t remember the years and years of looking at nothing but an empty space where this building sits.

$1900 for a studio and an extra $200 for a parking spot LOL

The BLM’s might not like that thin blue line but when they turn it on it means something has gone on sale at Kmart.

BLM members wouldn’t waste their time because know Capitol Building Storm Troopers will beat them to it.

BLM is a bunch of hypocrites. Look at the recent protest in NYC for the Texans that beat up the Asian hostess at Carmine’s! BLM showed up right away and tried to use the racial card. Well, these people are being arrested and should should be BLM in general as they are always defending criminals.

Texas.. you mean that state where the governor banned school mask mandates and the U.S. Department of Education investigated him for it? Or do you mean the Texas that banned abortion? Texans.. going all the way to NYC to beat up people.. smh.

I can go on an on about Texas and Texans but their shameful atrocities are too numerous to list.

I don’t mind the simple, clean light-strip. The Dalmar in Fort Lauderdale has something similar. I think when combined with the lighting features of the Paramount and Legacy (also wondering what the lighting scheme at Miami World Towers will be) and the rest of the towers, the neighborhood will look beautiful at night.
