Big Residential & Hotel Project In Wynwood Near Final Approval
City of Miami administrators are now processing Bazabaz Development’s plans for 2110 North Miami Avenue, which could become the first major residential project to be built in Wynwood.
Plans for the mixed-use project include 163 residential units and 79 hotel units in a 12-level, 173-foot-tall building. Also included will be about 12,000 square feet of retail space. A parking garage would provide 296 spaces.
The 1.39-acre property was rezoned to T-68 last year, allowing for the 300,000-square-foot project to be built. Miami’s UDRB approved the design of the building last week.
