Those MDC Related buildings are so ugly omg! Does nothing to compliment the skyline I can not believe they may when the bid. They are short ugly and looks so out of place and stupid!

People said they wanted towers to look like Asian skylines, so Related made the towers bow. Maybe they missed the point?

Makes us look like Gotham, not Metropolis. Can’t wait for Superman and Doomsday to knock them down.

These Related people get more phony with each passing day. Regardless of Carlos Rossi misleading statement that Auberge will have ” the best bay views ” , someone should mention that to their prospective clients that most of Auberge views will disappear once Genting builds across the street from them. You see Genting is On The Water and Auberge is inland.

Anyone see this as ironic that he mentions his own product as the best? LOL
I like the way they squeezed in MDC project in rendering. A bit too early, you think?

No Skyrise either?

Thankfully.

Skyrise is offensive to aesthetics and taste. If built, it will have the distinction of having the best views in Miami- because when you’re on it you’ll be able to see the rest of the city WITHOUT Skyrise.

lmao. well put.

Skyrise may look like a pin but it will make our skyline taller.

No chance that 520, 300 Biscayne and WTC will be completed in 2018.

ACME needs an anvil dropped on it.

What this guy does not tell you is that in front or close to Auberge, Miami words center will built 3 to 4 towers once they get all their approvals; This will block the majority of views in this project.

Um, what views will MWC block? It’s southwest of Auberge (behind the Biscayne wall)

Call me dumb if you will but, Does this seem a little empty ? Shouldn’t there be more buildings ? I like how they mention 1000 museum but don’t even show it even though that will be the best looking structure for 2018.

OMG, I immediately spotted the MDC acme and mentally blocked it. lol. In my visual mind it does not exist for me.

It’s missing all the proposed MWC towers as well as the “always missing from Auberge renders” Melody.

Ricky

That is right. The MWC towers and Melody as well. Thanks.

Maybe because Melody is ugly!

In the first rendering, Is that building right behind the world trade center of the Americas PMG’s future 1000 footer ?

Also the MDC ACME building looks like it’s bending over for the world trade center. lol My god that thing looks so stupid I’m telling you.

It looks incredibly boring. Not one really interesting building. All have flat tops – no spires, pinnacles, domes, holes, twists. Nothing out of the ordinary. Blah!

regarding auberges views being blocked,i believe the buildings will have angled views over the perez art museum…they would not face directly east so gentings project..which my or may not ever happen …should not block auberge….maybe related is going to do something on that land instead…….if genting bails…

in their renderings, they keep “forgetting” the Melody building, the ugliest new building in Miami, sitting right next to Auberge.

Melody is definitely absolutely atrocious.

Looks great but they intentionally left out Genting’s huge towers that they will be building on the old Miami Herald site which will effectively block most of these views of the Bay. Very selective.
