Miami’s Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board deferred decisions on two major projects at a meeting last week:
- One Brickell (444 Brickell) – the association of neighboring condo tower 500 Brickell had appealed the city’s decision to approve the project, saying that it was too big and intense
- Liquid Lofts – architect Charles Sieger had been requesting a setback waiver to allow for construction of the 76 story tower
Both projects were continued until the board’s October 7 meeting.
